The I-129F instructions require,

"If either you or your fiancé(e) were married before, give copies of documents showing that each prior marriage was legally terminated. "

The instructions do not indicate that, in addition to the copy of the final divorce decree, there must also me a certified translation of the divorce document.

Is an English translation necessary? Thanks

Read the instructions again...anything submitted to the USCIS in a foreign language must be translated into English.
