It was love at first sight. Our relationship, which prior to meeting consisted of a few instant messages on a forum, did not turn romantic until we met in person - then it was instantaneous.

Left a lot to sort out, since we hadn't planned on a relationship - I was engaged to someone else at the time! - but it's worked out well. I'll always remember that first moment though.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

No.

but.

We met and there were certainly sparks - but we were only in eachother's presence for a few days. The next year was spent with letter writing - and when I saw him again, it was love. So maybe love at second site?

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

I met my husband on-line and we had been chatting for months before we met in person.

But, when I saw him for the very first time in person, it was DEFINITELY love at first sight!!!!!

same here....

part of me loved him from talking to him online but when I saw him for the first time, that sealed the deal......

Same goes for me! :luv:

Attraction at first sight - yes!

Love is a whole different ballgame, IMO.

No,

We didn't fall in love at first sight.

In my case I was more like: not my type sorry. But that said, after a few hours together there was definitely some chemistry going on, something we just couldn't explain. I saw him again 2 weeks later and we started dating, after a few days we were both in love. But if I compare it to how we feel now, I think it was more a blooming love because the feeling is definitely deeper and stronger now that we really know each other.

Do I believe in it yes. I think it can happen for some people but I think that true love at first sight is really rare.

Bassi and I met online but first sent each other pictures. No love arrow. Then saw each other on web cams. No love arrow either. But I must admit there was something drawing us together and we both think it was divine. I kept thinking about him and things he said to me and vice versa. We have conversations sometimes where he'll remember something I said or did and I don't even remember it as important. We were somehow drawn to each other. I feel in love with him. It was my heart really, not my eyes, that led me. But he's pleasant on the eyes too. I would say there is a definitely a strong physical attraction between us, but the love built in our hearts over time. It's wasn't love at first sight.

I liked him immediately. But, I was with someone else when I met him. Took getting to really know him to realize how special he was and that I was in love with him.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Definitely not love at first sight. When we met, I thought there was no way I would 1) ever go out with a blond guy or 2) ever seriously date another Englishman. I was waaaaaaay too bruised from my recent separation to open myself up to love very quickly. But he wore me down and wiggled his way into my heart. It took me nearly five months of us dating exclusively to realise I loved him.

I'll never forget the moment it penetrated my thick skull that what I felt was love. We were waiting for a flight back to London from JFK, watching planes land and take off. With a little smile, he said, "Thank you for showing me your country. To be here with you, well, that just makes it even more beautiful." You remember "How the Grinch Stole Christmas", when the Grinch's heart grows three sizes that day? That is exactly how I felt. I thought I would burst from the happiness. It took me another month to tell him I love him, and I've been saying it about eleventy billion times a day ever since. :luv:
