My situation was almost love without any sight. We spoke to each other for 9 months before I made my initial trip. On Saturdays we would speak to up to 4 hours at a time. Our conversations got so deep and intense that our feelings grew for each other more than we ever expected. Finally, when we did meet, that first look was absolutely breath taking. Her first words, face-to-face, were, "What you want to say to me? Really is good?" My response, a very simple, yes! All we did was hold hands and look into each others eyes from the airport to our flat. We both knew we loved each other very much. I totally believe in love at first sight. I've met many ladies in my life and never had the feeling I had when I looked into my fiancée's eyes for the first time. (L)

I voted "No".

Not that I don't believe in love at first sight but for me it wasn't.

He was nice to look at

But after the first couple of days together I fell in love :wub::wub::wub:

Our first interaction was in person so maybe that is why.

The first time I saw my husband's picture, I got a very strange feeling and my chest started pounding, but it wasn't love, it was more like I knew there would be something important in my life concerning him. Kind of like a feeling of deja vu or sum. It's kind of hard to explain, but that is the jist of it. I was so happy when I saw him in person finally. It felt like I knew him all my life.

I didn't believe in love at first sight until I met my husband. I met him at a party and I spotted him from across the room. I still remember how I felt that night.

i was in bar and saw my fiance from across the room, he was looking at me...i looked away, realized how cute he was, and looked back to find that he was still looking at me

that being said, i still dont believe it was love at first sight...maybe for my fiance, but not for me...i felt something, definitely...but i cant say that it was love...he told me he loved me about a month later, and i was still too afraid to say it...it wasnt until we parted ways that i truly knew i was in love with him

Nope, don't believe in it. Maybe it's different for those who had spoken before they met in person, but in general I don't believe you can love a person before you even know them!
