HI patdev,

I feel that we are all prepared for the interview..

However, i just had one question.. I sent copies of all the forms i submitted to NVC to my husband. I have not filled my 2005 taxes yet. So, nothing has changed for I864.

Do you think the CO's will ask for an original I-864? or the copies would be sufficient?

Thanks,

Yamini...

2.) What kind of papers I need to send for I-130 to my wife

Mine K3 application has been forwarded to mumbai and during the same week my I-130 got approved and has been forwarded to NVS .

Now, question is what to do next ? Wait for I-130 to be sent to Mumbai or go ahead with K3 procedures.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Hi Califresident,

DOS stands for Department of States.

Now you have two choices, Continue K3, enter in USA, and Do Adjustment of Status in USA.

Or you can continue K3, enter in USA, also continue I130, go to INDIA for the CR1/IR1 interview.

Hope you find these info useful.
