Writing to Casa about interview

I am wrote to the Embassy asking why our case is being returned. Since they did not tell him. It could be based on question of relationship according to Washington DC's visa office. I have written them one time yesterday stating how the girl talked fast, maybe he could not understand all the questions, and he had not slept in two nights, rode the bus from Tangier to Casa and was very tired.

He had all the proof needed to let them know it is an ongoing relationship, but she did not want to see it.

Said this is a public place and people can hear. WHAT?????????????? in the _________does that mean?

I am now going to write again stating how our relationship is. That I am fighting for his visa and for them to reconsider the case before it leaves Casa.

As anyone else done this? I have friends and family that have already written them yesterday.

I know of people who have been successful getting NOID's reconsidered at other Consulates but all of them had assistance from local attorney's familiar with the specific Consulate.

hi im in the same boat with your fiance , i think he got section 221g

They are doing back ground checks and until they are finished they cannot issue a visa. Time can be anywhere from days, weeks, or months.

they told me to wait from 4 to 5 weeks and they will contact me

we will try and be patient and contact the embassy in one month if you have not heard from them before that time

Not the same boat. The OP's husband got a NOID. (Notice of intent to deny) They aren't waiting for good news. The news is all bad.
