So the waiting game is still going going and going!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife has been waiting since Oct of 05 when they recieved her AOS. Had Biometrics done Jan 06 and thats the last touch. Had nterview April 06 everything ok waiting on Background check to get done. Tell how can USCIS give a interview with the Background not finished? They wont tell us anything did three service requests same letter sent back to us almost word for word. Contacted House Representive this week for my wife. She has to fill a Privacy Act Waiver for them and they will call USCIS. But the question is ? will it do any good!!!! should she just wait the game out. We have one daughter all ready and this little problem is holding us up for more of a family. please any responses .

She came on a K1 visa as long as she has applied for AOS shes ok. She now has her third EAD card.

So as long as there is a pending AOS, there is no need to extend her visa? you just have to renew the EAD each year? My husband is here on K3 and we are in name check from his I130 and had our AOS interview already. If our I130 approved, we would have been fine but we are delayed due to the I130. My concern is that when his visa expires, i think thats trouble or maybe I'm wrong. I know its too soon to worry about but I always like to be ahead of the game.
