Hey guys,

Last 1999 I went to Hongkong for a vacation.. free trip from my brother- in - law.. should i put that in my DS form? I do have a new passport.

If it didn't reflect on your new passport then no need to confess on the DS forms

no .. the passport is clean... just renewed it in march this year.

" List all countries you have entered in the last ten years ( give the year of each visit)"

1999 is still within the 10 year period so better include that. I included Malaysia when I was there in 1998.

The safest way is to tell the truth in all your entries . . then you wont get into trouble. Remember all your trips outside the country are recorded in our immigration system .

It's best to tell the truth. you are declaring that when you sign the DS-156:
