Hi to all!!! i am new to this site.. hope you guys can help me out please...been reading a lot and learning... :P

I filed for my AOS and got a Receipt Date (july 3) and Noticed Date (July 31).. both are in the month of July. Went for my biometrics.

How long does the AOS get approved and when do we get our EAD? or Work permit card? Please advise... :(

If you are lucky and your case was sent to CSC you "may" get the Welcome notice and GC anytime without an interview.

EADs can take up to 90 days.

by the way.. is NOA1 (i see a lot) notice of approval?

Hm... did your employer file an I-140 for you, or are you being sponsored by your spouse? If the former, then I'm afraid very few people on this board - if any at all - may be able to help you, since it's a family immigration site.

NOA1 is a notice of action, not approval.

Filed AOS from F-1
Green Card approved on 01/04/07
Conditions removed 01/29/09

Citizenship Oath 08/23/12

employer filed I-140... i see.. so much of the people on the site is on K1 then?

Not necessarily K-1, but I think most, if not all, people on this board immigrated through family members.

Filed AOS from F-1
Green Card approved on 01/04/07
Conditions removed 01/29/09

Citizenship Oath 08/23/12
