Your birth certificate?

Divorce documents? (if any)

Fiance(e) letter of affirmation (to affirm your continued support of the K-1...not sure if this is strictly required, check with your consulate)

I think based on the "N/A" in the comments, it probably doesn't matter if you check it or not. And hopefully they can contextually see that it doesn't apply anyway, even if someone were to fill it in wrong. It's a confusing question that really should be re-worded so that it applies better to family visas.

I agree Mox. It is a question that is not really geared towards marriage based visas.

Chuck, have a great flight and a wonderful time with Rose. I would wish you success for the interview, but I know you won't need it. :)

Have a great flight. I am glad you two are almost done with the wait and can be happy together. Let me know how the interview goes, and how the document verification turns out. Your experience will help me determine if I will go to the interview or not. The document verification worries me.

Would anyone interested in a "August/September 2007 Filers" thread in the "Moving Here and Your New Life In America" forum? Jeraly started a July filers there thread, and it seems to be pretty popular. If there's any interest I'll start one, or someone else can, or whatever. :)

NO! It would just be depressing as everyone comes together but those at slower embassy are still waiting. :crying:

Actually, it would probably be interesting, but maybe a bit early for us still.
