07/03/08 - Biometrics Appointment Notice for AOS + EAD received by mail

07/22/08 - 8:00AM, Biometrics taken at USCIS Seattle

09/04/08 - EAD approval notice received through email, card production in process

09/04/08 - touch

09/05/08 - I-512L, Authorization for Parole of an Alien Into the United States received in MAIL

I got that email a 00:14....do they work at night ??? :blink: lollll

Now I'm gonna try to call my honey...its kinda early and poor baby he got the flu :( but hey maybe this will have that *magic touch * :lol:

looks like there has been some more approvals since I left 2 hours ago :dance: my estimated date went from 5th to 4th of April.... so happy for all approvals!!!! :devil: also because it puts me nearer mine :lol:

don't worry, moxie... as always, the period they're working on seems to be spread over about six weeks; you could be lucky, and be right at the end of that bracket, or unlucky, and right at the start, but they'll get to you soon enough :)

I'm still envious of the people who had a wait time of three months or so; that seems miraculous to poor little July filer me :P

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.
