Just saw my check got cashed yesterday! Can't see any 13 digit number starting with 3 letters though. Guess i have to wait for the notice.

There was a stamp that said Oct 21, 2007 on the back but no other non-bank numbers.

Hopefully this is the start of a trend!

Congrats! Finally a bit of good news. I'm always checking here hoping that one of us has heard something. I hope the rest of us will start seeing this soon.

I was so excited i looked 3 times in bank account...but nothing yet but opefully your good news is a light for all of us.... Congrats.

Well I just called them. They gave me the 90 day line. Well at least the lady was very nice, I wasn't expecting that.

Sent my application the 4th of Sept. No word, check not even cashed. I tried calling and got the "90 day" spiel.

For anyone interested, here's the reply I got from the CIS ombudsman. In other words I spent 5 minutes writing a letter for nothing.

and the USCIS site now lists that "all other forms" up to October 9th (as at 26th October) at CSC should have been receipted

YAY! Our check was cashed yesterday. My fiance's having a hard time making out the numbers on the back though. He's says that they're mostly a blur, but there are no numbers starting with CSC or any other letters. I guess we'll have to wait for the NOA1 hardcopy in the mail too!

He said he's never been so happy to see $455 come out of his bank account before! Here's hoping that the rest of you get your checks cashed soon too!
