How long are my documents valid?

Hi How long are all my documents valid. I heard that the signature on the i-864 can be no more then 6 months old at time of interview, what about all the other documents? If I have an interview in January will my medical still be valid (I had it this week) thanks alot

the medical and the police certificates are valid for 1 year each..so you will be fine mate...

shame about the jan date for you interview....bet there is a big backlog now cos of the APEC summit huh...

I-864 is valid indefinitly. "May" be better to have a more recent one but if I remember correctly that's what the instructions said when I did mine.

I used the same I-864 I submitted for the CR one a year later to adjust status for the K3.

You should be fine. The one thing that was mentioned on an NVC letter that I received after the case was forwarded was to suggest bringing in the most current tax and other supporting info.

The 2006 filing should still be valid but bring in paystubs or some bank statements from November and December during the interview to show it's still ongoing.

hi,i also have interview oppointment in january.i am supposed to do my medical just 14days before it b/c on my packet 4 letter it is written that u should do medical as close to ur interview as u can.but every embassy i belive has diffrent rules and am talking about islamabad embassy,pakistan.
