Nope, not until it's time to lift conditions, just like you!

Good luck at your interview and best wishes!

Oh wow thank you so much for this information :D

That was really surprising good news.

Now you have me wondering.

Im I supposed to File a seperate I-485 form for my k-2 holding daughter. Or do they adjust using one form from the K-1 holder?

The instructions state;

"If you were admitted as the K-2 child of such a fiance', you may apply to adjust status based on you parents adjustment application"

Does that mean one form? or does that mean she can apply at the same time, however using a seperate form?

TIA

-Dan

Don't confuse the two...her K-2 is already at the AOS stage so it isn't the same as you at the moment. A K-2 still has to adjust status and if the K-2 arrived in the US at the same time they are done concurrently. I think there are some differences if the child is under age 14 but I don't know if it's only the fees or if there are some form differences as well. Just read the instructions on the forms and they explain what you need to do in your particular situation and what the appropriate fees are. I haven't paid that much attention if the child is young since ours were older and you didn't mention the age of your K-2.

Yes I understand what your saying. However I was wondering when you initially send your I-485 away for you Conditional residency. Does the K-2 Visa holder also have to include her own I-485 in the packet or if her being listed on the K-1 Visa applicants I-485 all that was needed.

So for example. Do I send (1) I-485 for K-1 holder and list K-2 on the form. Or do I send (2) I-485 forms one for the K-1 Applicant and one for the 15 year old K-2.

Since I know the age of the K-2 now, it's easier to answer since I'm not as familiar with younger children.

In your situation, one I-485 for the K-1 and 1 I-485 for the K-2, along with any other documents required as shown in the instructions for each. They can be mailed together in the same envelope, but bundle the K-1 and K-2 AOS documents separately.
