I am trying to finish my papers for submission (Packet i-485 which includes I-130 too) and I have question - how many copies of mine and my wife's (citizen) G-325a forms I need to submit?

Do I need 2 copies of both of them? Like for 130 package and I-485 package?

I do not see an option to edit my topic.

So, my question is -

If I submit i-130 and I-485 at the same time, do I have to submit duplicates that are asked by both forms - like if form G-325 is required by both forms, do I have to submit only one copy or make copies for every form it is asked for?

I filed the I-130 with the I-485 together.

I suggest you read the guides, they are very well done, in your case it's that one: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...page=i130guide2

As for the G-325 we submitted: 1 of the US citizen (all 4 pages) and 1 of the foreign spouse (all 4 pages) with the I-130

and 1 of the foreign spouse (all 4pages) with the I-485.

Read the forms careful and treat what they ask for independently (although you do send everything to the Chicago address)
