AUGUST I-129F FILERS UNDER CSC

I am sorry to hear that many August filers had long delays getting NOA1. I sent the petition off on Aug 16 and I got NOA1 Aug 24. I don't quite know how I got so lucky. However, not so lucky as a select few September filers, I believe at the Vermont Center, who seemed to go from zero to NOA2 in about a month, and are now already into Packet 3 and such. What's up with that?

Unfortunately, there are 'people' lurking around VJ whose intention seems to be adding to our frustration and polluting the information available here with false dates and reports.

If you see 'a select few' whose cases seem to be handled much differently than everyone else’s, some healthy skepticism is in order.

I suggest focusing on the vast majority and ignoring the 'select few'.

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

I know not everyone who applied for a K1-K3 Visa arent all members of VJ and have timelines,

But, looking at those statistics... there is 75% less applicants for AUG, SEPT, OCT, NOV per month than April, May, June, July months to both CSC and VSC.

I wonder if the petition starting Aug will go more quickly? I guess we'll just wait and see.

I've been doing the same thing... I've got a lot of the paperwork, but as I've now got the bonus opportunity of seeing my fiancé at New Year, I want to make sure he brings everything he can that I'll be needing :)

go here if you've forgotten (like I had) where the list is ;)
