Hello august fellows, why USCIS stopped to approve August Filers. I saw several september filers being approved yesterday. I congratulated them too, but what is going on with ours? I hope in God we can hear more approvals of August.

The best for everyone

Try to call USCIS using the RFE trick. That is what I did and got an approval email the same day.

I am not sure if the reason for the approval was the phone call I made.

All I did was asked is if I was going to get a result soon.

Good luck to the others who are still waiting.

what is the RFE trick? i can never get a person to speak with, what should i do?

Hello Behija this is the RFE trick:

The RFE Trick: 1-800-375-5283 then

Press 1, 2, 2, 4, 2, 1, your case number, 1, 1. and wait for a few seconds and it will tell you that someone will be with you shortly and if they are busy it will tell you how long you have to wait. I hope this helps because it helped me.

Did you get through to the California Service Center, or the main customer service? If you only spoke with the main customer service, call back on Monday during normal hours and make sure the recording says something like "you are now being connected to the California Service Center." The customer support reps at CSC will normally treat you better and they seem to have much better info.

If you spoke to someone at CSC...call back again Monday and explain to them that you were treated rudely and just want information about your case. Be polite, and try to get them to sympathize with you.

Same number. You get dumped to the "central" customer service if nobody at CSC is available. So you might even need to hang up and try again if you're not routed to CSC. Just make sure to call during normal business hours.

Hey you guys, Does a co-sponsor have to provide the same supporting documents for the I-134, like pay stubs and letter from their employers? And when they notarize the I-134 do i have to be presen or can he just have it notarized and send it to me?

God Bless and Thank you in advance.
