AUGUST I-129F FILERS UNDER CSC

Hello august fellows, why USCIS stopped to approve August Filers. I saw several september filers being approved yesterday. I congratulated them too, but what is going on with ours? I hope in God we can hear more approvals of August.

Try to call USCIS using the RFE trick. That is what I did and got an approval email the same day.

I am not sure if the reason for the approval was the phone call I made.

All I did was asked is if I was going to get a result soon.

by the way if u can't get through calling them, try to be a member of this CRIS

our application but after like 2 days of my registration, we got an approval notice from it...

Geico, I pray for you as well. Try the RFE trick and speak very politley with the officer. I spoke very politely expressed the difficulty I am facing. Most likely, your case has been assigned and an officer is looking at it.

If things go as they should, i will be the last one approved in this thread. My received date is August 31st.

If you look at the approval trends, they're never exactly in the order received. This is because each file is put into a carton with a bunch of other files. When that carton is next in line, an adjudicator takes it over to his/her desk and starts working through it. If that adjudicator gets through their carton faster than the next adjudicator to take a carton then you'll see later filers approved first.

It all comes out in the wash (for the most part) though.

Hey Geico i feel your pain and i called with the RFE trick this morning and i talked to this very nice lady and she told me my file is on one of the officers desk and its being looked at and she said i should recieve a decision with in the next couple of weeks. You should call them too and see where your file is at. Hope we get our approvals soon.

It will not hurt if that's what you are worried about. At best you might get some useful information, at worst they'll just tell you to wait and call later.

my 1-129f was touched today!!!!!!! yeah!! i hope this means good things in the next few days!

the last time our application was touched was 9/14, so this is good news....
