TO MY SURPRISE......TODAY WE GOT AN EMAIL CONFIRMING WE HAVE BEEN APPROVED 174 DAYS AFTER FILING. (WE ARE AUGUST FILERS - FILED ON AUGUST 3RD - NOA1 RECEIVED AUGUST 17TH).....HOOOOORAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I REALLY DIDNT EXPECT THIS AFTER THE DATE ON MY TIMELINE HAD MOVED 2 MONTHS FROM ORIGINAL PREDICTED DATE OF DECEMBER 9TH TO FEB 9TH.....JUST WANT TO SAY GOOD LUCK TO THE REST OF YOU GUYS RECEIVING YOUR NOA2'S.....OH AND WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY TOUCHES WHATSOEVER SINCE NOA1 WAS SENT.....

APPROVED TODAY :D I called with the RFE trick, he told he it was approved today - it just hasnt hit the system yet

I gasped when he told me, he completely shocked me. I was just expecting to hear "a few more weeks probably". He said "acctually, it was approved today".

I dont think I could have taken any more waiting

I called up Mary and told her that I called the CSC, that the guy couldnt find the case. I made it sound worse then it was. And then I said that he found it and we are approved I had her going for a moment there.

Congrats. I guess CSC is back at work and it seems like they are working on august right now. I called using the RFE trick and I talked to a very nice gentleman and he told me that my case was sent to one of the officers on the 23rd and its being looked at so hopefully i'll hear something by next week go CSC.

Oh Jon that is excellent news. I'm hoping this brings some good news for me because we received notices on the same day. I'm getting so depressed looking at the case update site. Well done though! I'm so pleased for you
