Is this normal? Did they make a mistake and double book me?

I sent my EAD and AOS separately and they sent me 2 appointment letters for my Biometrics- both are different days and times. Is there even a difference between how Biometrics are taken for AOS or EAD?

I plan on taking both letters to the first appointment they booked me for.

This happens, there is a difference between the two sets of prints (I believe index only for EAD, and all 10 for AOS - correct me if I am wrong).

If it were me, I would bring both letters and ask if they could simply do both sets for you on the initial appointment (sounds like this is what you plan to do).

It's pretty normal when you file the applications at different times (happened to me). I took both letters to one of the appointments and they handled both at the same time.

The same thing happend to me. I send my AOS and EAD separately and got 2 appointments. If you have to drive far to the USCIS office I would try to change it to 1 date, if not, just go there with both letters and ask them if they can make it the same day. I got my second letter after my first appointment so I couldn't change it and had to go twice. But the ppl at the office I went to were very nice and helpfull about every question I had. I was even 3 hours early and they said it's ok and took my fingerprints at 9 insted of 12 o'clock.

Good luck.
