Im sorry to hear...its tough being away from your family in times like this.

Ive never told this story on VJ, but after a few months of being married and waiting for AOS, my wife, Margo, received news that her son was killed in Afghanistan. He was a pilot in the Spanish Air Force, and was there as a part of the NATO effort there.

Due to family issues, and estate matters, she missed her AOS interview (they would let me change it, as it wasnt my petition). They cancelled her visa, her AP, and is actually still there dealing with these issues. Looks like they will get a house sold in downtown Madrid for a small fortune next week.

One day we will start all over with the I-130 etc.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

Luz's mother just passed away. It was very hard for Luz as she was watching her mother on the web camera when she passed. Any prayers or kind thoughts would be appreciated.

I am so so sorry to hear this Luz. That's a tough one watching on webcam. (F)(F)

Would maybe help you alot if you were able to be there with your famely for some time
