Hey!, i cant find a september topic for filing for aos and ead.

Anyway i figured i would start one, i sent my papers september 7th and they arrived september 9th.

Sent i485, G325A, I864 and I765

Looking forward to hear from the uscis and to see how many of yall has applied yet

Hi,

I have been filed before September a little bit, August 24 and recieved 27, and going to Biometric on October 17. Howver, I am so worry about my EAD card since I already got a job offer and they need me to start working in November. I came to US as F1 and got OPT 1 year which just expired on Auguist 2, 2007 and I got married on Agust 4, I want to know that how long it would be take to get a renewal EAD card in my case. Anybody know about that??? Please I need to get this job though.

Hi everyone

I sent my package on September 24th and it arrived on 28th.

October 2nd all checks were cashed, plus I got NOA1 for I-130,131,485,765

Waiting for the biometrics appointment letter

is anyone here an F1 student?

Yep, I am F1 Student, but used to be, now on my OPT status. I mailed the package on August 24 and they recieved on August 27, however, I got NOA only for I-485 I-130 I-131 an I-765, after a week I got Biometric appointment on Oct 17.

Hope I can get my renewal EAD card soon after fingerprint.

Hello everyone. I am a September filer also. I sent my file to Chicago Lockbox on 08/31/07, NOA's on 09/19/07, and Biometric appointment on 10/16/07. I wish everyone the best of luck on their AOS process.

It's been a week since i got my NOA for I-765 and I-131. i am just wondering is it common for the I-845 NOA to arrive that late. i submitted all three at the same time, all in one package.

June 8, 2007 - church wedding

AOS

Sept. 12, 2007 - mailed to chicago IL I-845,I-765 and I-131

Sept. 14, 2007 - received at USCIS

Sept. 24, 2007 - notice dates for I-765 and I-131

Sept. 25, 2007 - check cashed

Sept. 29, 2007 - received NOA for I-765 and I-131

Sent AOS package, I-485, I-765 and I-131 (plus all supporting docs) to Chicago on Sep 15, delivered Sep 18. Waiting for cheque to be cashed and awaiting NOAs.

Received Biometrics letter today in mail... It's on October 25! yaay!!!!!!

Hello fellow September filers. I got my biometrics notice for October 11th in Fort Lauderdale. But since I'd moved to Orlando I was able to get in on October 5th to get it donw. Whohooo!

Now what?
