14 july 2007- Wedding!!!

24 july 2007- sent I-485, I-765 to wrong adress(we should send to Chicago Lockbox instead Denver)

30 july 2007- package returned back from Denver exactly on 30 july dead line

30 july 2007- package sent to Chicago Lockbox with an explanation letter to accept the old fees

10 sept 2007- notice of rejection( the old fees weren't accepted)

10 sept 2007- sent AOS package back with new fees

21 sept 2007- NOA1 for I-485 and I-765

I received the Biometrics form last Friday, Sept 28th.

I'm still not able to put the Receipt Numbers into my USCIS portfolio. I'm through the Lee Summit, MO office, though I'm doing Biometrics in Wichita, KS. I'm thinking it's the MO office that needs to put it in the system so we can see it and that they're behind in that. If it means they are quicker in processing, I'd rather that they allocate their resources to processing files than updating websites!!! :lol:

I wish i was in your shoes, still no bio letter, though my case is also thru lee summit, i am able to put the receipt numbers in, lol

we received our NOA's and Biometric appt letter all together today...Appt is for 10/11/07...pretty quick...

AOS -K2 Based for 8 year old daughter...wife already has green card in hand and daughter was brought over via join to follow - K1.
