I finally received my green card today.

Congratulations on the green card.

hellooo everyone,,

finally some processing on my case. I just recived an interview lettter on march 8, 2008.

:dance::dance::dance::dance:

hopefully everything will be fine...however, I did not recive those CRIS emails this time. The notice just showed up in my mail box... huuurrray..time for me to collect some evidence now..thanks for your kind help on this forum :)

Today was our interview for AOS, and we are approved, I am so happy, the interview was only for 10 minutes, he didn't even looked or asked about any documents. got 551 stamp for 2 months but the guy told my husband that he should recieve his card in 3 weeks. yahoooooooooooo good luck every boyd. no more paper work for atleast two years.

Interview today. Verbally told by the Officer conducting the interview that my wife was going to be Approved as we left the Interview. Received the following CRIS notification a few hours later:

I just had my interview yesterday (2/22/08), and my case was not approved immediately after the interview. The lady officer said it's "pending for review". She said a letter will be sent to us with decision or request for further evidence. I'm worried. I just feel like we got all the bad luck from the beginning we filed the application. Men, I'm so frustrated about this.

04/07/2007 - I-130, I-485, I-765 mailed to Chicago Lockbox

04/22/2007 - Notice of Receipt for I-130, I-485, I-765 received

05/05/2007 - Biometric Appointment

08/23/2007 - Request status update on I-765

09/10/2007 - Response of Service Request on I-765 received: I-485 and I-765 denied on 08/28/2007

09/12/2007 - Denial Notice Re-sent (original lost in the mail)

09/17/2007 - Denial Notice received. I-485 and I-765 are denied due to lack of response to RFE for medical exmination

09/24/2007 - 2nd RFE received to submit original birth certificate of US husband as I-130 evidence

09/25/2007 - Re-filed I-485 and I-765, along with I-131(with attorney involved)

09/27/2007 - 2nd RFE evidence sent

our 485 NOA was received 9/21/07. We got both our EAD and AP in 12/07. Went to biometrics in 10/07. We haven't heard anything since....Can't even add the MSC for the 485 to check status online...Any other Sept filers having same delay? Not sure if i need to call to find out whats happening....

AOS -K2 Based for 8 year old daughter...wife already has green card in hand and daughter was brought over via join to follow - K1.

11/04/08 - I485 sent

11/10/08 - NOA rcd

11/26/08 - Biometrics
