September Filers

Hey!, i cant find a september topic for filing for aos and ead.

Anyway i figured i would start one, i sent my papers september 7th and they arrived september 9th.

Sent i485, G325A, I864 and I765

Looking forward to hear from the uscis and to see how many of yall has applied yet

Finally received my noa!!!

i got one for the 485 and one for the 765..

Now i can finally go get a license and id!!! :-D

Please people there has got to other september filers out there!

get me on the list tooo.. I filed AOS for my wife on septermber, 18 to chicago lockbox.

BTW, regarding getting a drivers license, I believe you need the approval for EAD rather than EAD NOA1. am I correct? neways le tme know if you have different information. thanks buddy. gluck

About the license, its different from every state, here in louisiana all u have to present is a passport, marriage licence, the noa1 and a ssn card

We sent the AOS package on 10 sep, was delivered on 12 sept at Chicago Lockbox. No Noa1 yet, no check cashed...

My aos package was received on sept 9th and they picked it up the 20th, so im sure your noa will be there soon :-)

I tried putting the Receipt Number in my USCIS Portfolio... and it says it's not valid, yet. Any idea how long it takes to make it into the system so I can have it in my Portfolio?

hi! my I-485, I-765 and I-131 were sent sept 12 and delivered by USPS 2:26 PM September 14, 2007 in CHICAGO, IL. its great that they are sending at the NOA earlier because i am also very eager to start with the driver's permit. its no joke to be totally dependent to my husband for months now. by the way, i was just wondering when your check was cashed.

Actually i dont know when my check was cashed, i forgot the password for the online banking, lol

I think it was cashed on the 21st but im not sure.

Me and you both with that dl, i cannot wait to take the test either, im tired of being stuck in the house all day long without a vehicle.

And even though i did bring alot of money here, i still feel like im smooching off my wife, not being able to work and all

24 july 2007- sent I-485, I-765 to wrong adress(we should send to Chicago Lockbox instead Denver)

30 july 2007- package returned back from Denver exactly on 30 july dead line

30 july 2007- package sent to Chicago Lockbox with an explanation letter to accept the old fees

10 sept 2007- notice of rejection( the old fees weren't accepted)

10 sept 2007- sent AOS package back with new fees

21 sept 2007- NOA1 for I-485 and I-765
