I sent the wrong fee, totally forgot about fee change. I have to send it off again with the new $545 fee. Question I had was can I add in more evidence to my packet? Also it says to "Please place this notice on top of your petition when resubmitting and mail to the above address."

I originally filed at TSC but this one it from CSC.

Addy on the Rejection Notice:

U.S. Department of Homeland Security

P.O.Box 10751

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1048

On the 1-751 form, the addy is:

U.S. Department of Homeland Security

P.O.Box 10751

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0751

Which address do I send it off to?

If they sent you the complete package back then yes you can put additional evidence in the package you return.

I would think one of the +4 zips is wrong because it would make no sense for the same P.O. box to have two different +4s. A P.O. Box number is often reflected somehow in a +4 zip, so the 0751 sounds right. Then again, maybe USCIS has gotten two +4 zips for this P.O. Box and uses it to sort out re-sends. Who knows. Since they will both end up in the same P.O. box anyway -- I don't think an incorrect +4 would delay the package, particularly if you sent it Express Mail -- I would use the one they told you to re-send it to on the chance they do somehow used the +4 to sort.

Meh

Use the 0751 number, it may be a routing number for the correct department in the office that handles RFEs
