any NOA1 for august filers - AOS & EAD??!

hello guys! i just wanna know if some of the august filers already have 1st NOA? well we just submitted ours 2weeks ago... but i just wanna know how long it will take for us to received any notice from uscis. I kinda feel im waiting like forever.. but still kinda think maybe because we just had a long weekend vacation due to labor day and also july 31st price increase that maybe one of the cause of delay?! what do u think guys?!

BTW, just wanna share this to everybody. Me and my hubby were able to apply a joint account at BOA. Thanks to MARIADANE who gave us an idea from my last post on how to apply a joint acct since im still under k3 visa and havent had a SSN yet. Yeah that was pretty easy, i just brought my passport with a94 of course, and they just let me filled out the w8 form. and in 2 weeks i'll be receiving a card from them. and the bank officer told me that i can change my account info as a permanent resident once i received my greencard.. yeah everythin went smoothly so far.

LOL, well I waited a full month before I got mine! And I never actually got a paper copy of it to this day! But I did get the NOA2 and that's more important anyway.

Sorry, this was a question aimed at August filers...AnneiyAndJacky: we've been waiting for our NOA1 for 42 days now (filed to California)! The longest wait is the NOA2 supposely so this is definitely holding the entire process up. Under normal circumstances, the NOA1 should be received in approx. 11 days! From what I've read on FBI (Family Based Immigration), the NVC has a semi-load of petitions to get thru so it will be some time before an NOA2 as well! Wishing you all the best in the process!

I filed on Aug 15 and have yet to have my check cashed or receive NOA1.

I filed on August 9th and i received a NOA1 on September 9th.

We filed on Aug 20th, they received it on Aug 22nd and we just got our NOA1 for both AOS and EAD today Sept 17th. My wife is itchin to take her driver's permit test and now we finally can.
