For the past few weeks, I have tried many many times to talk to a NVC operator without success. Every time I called 1-603-334-0700 and followed with 1-5, the system always says "Transferring to an operator, please wait...". After a couple of seconds, it then says "All operators are now busy and you are being transfered back to the automated system". It then says something about press 5 again to talk to an operator, and when I did, it always says "all operators are still busy and please call back at a later time" and disconnects the call.

I wonder if others are experiencing the same difficulty? Or is there something I didn't do right?

Thanks for any tips!

best times to call are 7:30-8AM EST or 11:30-12PM EST....if not, you just keep on calling the same number option 1 then 5 until you get an operator.
