I filed my AOS in May this year with a NOA date of June 6th. My K-3 medical is due to expire October 6th. As of yet i haven't received an interview date for my AOS nor have i been transfered to CSC.

Am I likely to get an RFE for a new Medical to be done since its looking likely that by the time i get an interview my current medical will be over 1 year old!!

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Maria

As long as your AOS was filed before the medical is due to expire then you are fine.

I sent my AOS in and it was received the day before my medical was due to expire. No need for a new one.

I 130 & I129F (K3) and AOS info in timeline
