"Search forums" option?

Under the "search forums" option, could there be a pull down menu with the option of searching in the forums, like it is now or to search for a title? In other words one could search for "April" in titles to find the subject "April Filers" instead of searching a whole data base for the word April.

"search where" = "in titles only".
