if ever we file spousal visa does it mean also that my child is also included?or any forms to file too?

If you file I-130 for Wife you will file I-130 for child, unless you, the US Citizen are the child's biological parent, in that case you register the child's birth with the Embassy, and the child will be issued a US Passport allowing the child to enter the USA as a Citizen.

Which spousal visa? CR1 or K3?

Children are derivitive for K visas but not for CR1 or IR1.

At some point, an I-130 must be filed for the child in either case.

Assuming you chose the CR1 IR1 forum correctly, then no, unless your spouse also filed an I-130 petition for any child, your child isn't going to be able to obtain for a CR2 visa until that is filed approved, NVC complete, forwarded to the Consulate and interview scheduled.
