CAMBODIA - will we interview in pnh or bangkok??

aloha,

last year we completed our k1 visa for my then khmer fiance in bangkok. circumstances have her now back in cambodia, we are now married and we will start all over again by way of k3 visa.....was wondering if the interview and the process we be done this time in the newly completed us consulate in phnompenh.

any help is appreciated. obtw, if your wondering how we got in this situation, please see my previous post.

SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION - after my wife made it to the USA, family emergency neccesatated her immediate return to her home in cambodia. unfortunately before she was able to adjust her status, thus the case was abandanded. we now are filing both k-3 (married in usa) and have petioned both i-129f and 1-130 .....so, our "journey" has once again began. thank you for all your help and understanding - appleegg and sreyon.
