K3 visa Limitations/Restrictions

I was wondering if anyone knows the limitations or restrictions on a K3 beneficiary once they have arrived in the USA. My wife's K3 Visa was approved in July 2007. She is here now but we had to leave our daughter behind who was born April 18,2007. My question is....Can my wife return to the Philippines to attend the CRBA Interview and await the process of our daughters passport? Or does anyone know where I can find the answer?

10/24/06 - I-129f recv'd

10/26/06 - Recv'd NOA1

11/9/06 - Case transferred from Chicago to Calif Servc Ctr

11/14/06 - Touched

11/15/06 - Touched

11/16/06 - Touched

11/17/06 - Touched

11/18/06 - Touched/Pending

11/20/06 - NOA recv'd stating that on 11/13/06 my case was transferred to CSC

01/25/07 - Recv'd email advising my case was sent to another office for processing???

01/28/07 - Touched (Sunday?)

02/09/07 - I-129f is now pending at the office to which it was transferred

02/09/07 - NOA2 from CSC

02/12/07 - Touched

02/13/07 - Assigned MNL#

02/21/07 - Arrived US Embassy in Manila

05/17/07 - Interview scheduled!!! Yipee!!!

06/22/07 - K3 Visa received

09/02/07 - Arrived in USA!!!

Yep, it's no problem at all as the K3 visa allows multiple entries for two years. When she returns to the US, she'll receive a new I-94.

US Immigration Timeline

24 Feb 2007 - Sent I-130 to London USCIS office (I'm the petitioner)

25 May 2007 - NOA2

2 June 2007 - Received Packet 3

12 Oct 2007 - Sent Packet 3 back by special delivery

5 Nov 2007 - Interview in London - Approved without any hitches!

7 Nov 2007 - Visa and MBE arrived by SMS! :)

30 Jan 2008 - Fly to Michigan!! :)

*Note: Any delays in our case are only due to us taking things slowly

Yep, it's no problem at all as the K3 visa allows multiple entries for two years. When she returns to the US, she'll receive a new I-94.

She'd have filled one out on the airplane or at the airport when she arrived to the US. It is an entry/departure record. Anyone who gets a visa fills one out before going thru US customs/immigration.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

Yes, you should find the I-94 stapled to her passport. If not, something went wrong at the POE.

Why did you wife have to leave your daughter behind? Could you not have claimed US citizenship for her and had her enter the US as a citizen?
