I second the Blue Rodeo vote. They are awesome! I also highly recommend Great Big Sea - my personal favorite.

I also love The Replacements (now defunct but they still rock!) Paul Weterberg (their frontman) has some great solo stuff. Also, check out my hometown heroes - the GooGoo Dolls - but the older stuff.

You can always tune in to the 80's stuff - like The Cure, New Order, Depeche Mode -

I just replaced my broken car stereo w/ a DVD player. I put 725 songs on a DVD and put it on random....

Anyway, a Steely Dan song came up ("FM") and I forgot how good they used to be. Might want to add them to the list, Dean.
