I'd recommend breaking away from music altogether and listen to nature sounds for awhile...clean the palate, brother.

Well Brother Dean, as we get older, music with energy helps to keep you feeling young. Then again, I have always listened to this style of music, with a few lighter choices for balance. I am actually a die hard Moody Blues fan!
