hello, to be able to help you, i will recomend to fill your timeline!! :time:

That's gonna be hard for you to get a number just calling them.. I heard some stories that they got but it's a chalenging thing to do! I think u r in time! My NOA1 arrived at my fiance's house 34 DAYS after we had sent it!! We sent in July 25th and we got the hard copy in August 28th! I know that sounds crazy.. it's not good to spend so much time without know that u are in the process! but you'll be fine, ok?

The NOA1 is not that important. We never received our's. If you can get your case number from the back of your cashed cheque then you can sign up for email updates from USCIS. It took a month for our cheque to be cashed so 2 weeks is not very long. Give it a couple of weeks more and check to see if your cheque has been cashed.

It is early Yet. Take a look at the immigration timelines at the top of the page, it might help you to see what others have experienced.

We sent our I-129F in on the 11th August, and it was received on the 13th.

We rang the USCIS a day ago to chase as the cheque hadn't been cashed nor had we reiceved any correspondence. They have told us to expect a delay of up to 90 days before we hear anything or before they will look into helping us as they are exceedngly busy at the moment, (probably because many people brought forward their application to beat the recent price increases).
