I want to know if NVC updates their automated phone system thing right away after updating or generating whatever forms?!!!!

It's been two weeks and i haven't got any updates of rather they have forms DS-3032 and AOS bill generated for us or no!!!

You will get an NVC Automated message on the following:

NVC assigns case#

DS3032/ AOS Fee Bill generated

DS3032 entered in the system

IV Bill Generated

IV Bill Processed

Case Complete

[i may have missed a couple of them, which may be added by some of our VJ friends]

All others, you need to speak to a live operator for status: 603 334 0700 option 1 then 5

I don't think they are too reliable on updating the automated system.

generation of forms normally is every Monday, and the message will be updated on Tuesdays. But there are some cases wherein they update their mesasges anytime of the week (IV Bill accepted/ entered, Case complete, Case transferred to embassy, etc), depending on what steps you are on the CR1/ IR1 process with NVC.

Well, it depends because some people are able to get their info from the automated message and others don't. I say, when doubt, talk to a live person to be sure.

talking to live person is the best option... and when you talk to live person .. and it says stuff different from the automated voice system.. bring it to the note of the live operator that its now updated the automated voice system.

When I talked to the NVC a few days ago, an operator told me that the automated system is not always updated right away.........
