Lifting of CPR

 My husband and I are physically separated presently. He was thinking of separating from me legally. I have not received yet our CPR but was just approved last August 15, 2007. I assumed that he is not going to file with me jointly for the lifting of condition. What should I do? My husband wanted to file a legal separation, does this affect if I applied for lifting of condition through a waiver? Do i really need to be divorced before I could apply for the lifting of condition? What are my options? I have people who can testify and already made an affidavit of support that I came here in good faith. :help:

I am forced to leaved our place together with my son. I am presently living with a friend.

I do appreciate your advice and encouragement.

I think you can lift conditions yourself based on good faith when you entered the marriage.
