emailing CSC will not give a response in time, they usually respond to inquiries in three weeks, if they respond at all.

Your best bet is to call customer service and ask what address they have.

If push comes to shove, when the green card is returned to them, they will look on the chage of address database and send it to the correct address.

Thanks for reply, I called USCIS and it said(voice message) If you dont get your welcome notice in 30 days call us back also said If you are granted parmament resident status60 days ago and you didnt received your green card then call us back again! so I think Its better to wait then see what happens. When I call USCIS(talk to live person), will they tell me about update my new address in their systems?
