possible RFE?

oh dear what have I done. just been looking around and I've just noticed and just would like to know. When the laywer asked me for passport photos I sent English sized photo's for the 129f application. he never said a thing and it looks like i should of sent american size are we gonna get a RFE ? Would be a right pain if we did especailly after wait so long and with now having another 50 days or so to go before we know

You'll need the right size for the interview but it really doesn't matter for the I-129F. It's a "petition", not an "application" by the way. If approved, the fiance can fill out an "application" for a visa. Right now, your petitioning for his/her right to do so.

I have seen some posts where some people have received an RFE and others have not. It seems to depend on the mood of the officer processing your case. In your situation I would have a couple of copies of photo's of the correct size ready so that if you do get an RFE you can turn it around as soon as possible.
