Where to get married? Canada or USA?

OK Guys, I am new here and need some help. I am A Viet Nam vet, US born citizen, and a Canadian legal immigrant living in Atlantic Canada since 1973. My Canadian born girlfriend and I want to get married and live and work in USA in winters. QUESTION: Do we get married in Canada and then I apply through the USA consulate in Canada for her green Card--OR do a I 129F and K-1 and go to the states and get married?

Any ideas?

If you're a Canadian resident, then it's probably fastest to get married in Canada, and then do DCF in Canada. Check out the DCF forums for more info. :)
