Do I Need A I-130 For AOS .....

OK , SOMEONE TOLD ME I NEED A 1-30 WITH MY AOS PAPPERWORK ( 1-485,G-325A,I-765 AND I-864) . MY WIFE CAME HERE AS A K-1 (I-129F) . I THOUGHT A I-130 IS A K-3 AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CASE . AM I RIGHT ? OR DO I NEED A 1-30 TOO ?

Nope ! No need a I-130 for a K1 to adjust status.

K3s need an approved I-130 tho!

You don't need it.

The only times you need one is:

1/ K3 visa

2/You came to the US on an other visa such as J1, F1, tourism, etc

3/You married out of the 90 days after entry, in which case you didn't follow the rules and need to include a i-130

NO you send a copy of I-129F NOA2 and check box C on the I-485.

Unless you married after the 90 days of the I-94, in that case you need to file I-130 along with I-485.
