Well, Heartland and I are both waiting to get thru AP for a K3 visa in Jordan. I think we are the lastest victims of Amman. LOL

Well, No. Technically we were not granted the visa's. We were put on AP pending further documentation they wanted in both of our cases. From me they wanted more proof of our relationship, communication, and more finacial proof. For Heartland they wanted papers from her husbands ex saying he had the leagal rights to bring his 3 year old daughter here with him. Now we are waiting for the cases to be reviewed. According to Amman they cannot grant the visa until the reviews have been done, which could take up to three months (ha ha). It's been six weeks now, so I hope they get it all together soon and give us good news.

Oh wow...well good luck to both of you...maybe they will get to it pretty soon...I was trying to get a window of time on how much longer our wait would be, but I think it is safe to assume that their is NO way to tell. Amman said they are currently in December interview dates, but IF that is approved, I was curious to know how long it took to actually issue the visa....

again good luck...you both will be in my prayers

Well, from what I understand, IF there is NO AP or AR and the visa is approved, your husband could actually HAVE THE VISA IN HIS HAND, within about 5 to 14 days from the day he leaves the passport with them. It's just a matter of printing the visa and placing it in his passport. Hope this answers your questin.
