Questions before AOS interview

I am about preparing papers for our interview

While during this I am in doubt about things.

I do know that their checklist is the same for everybody, but some of it I don't know if they really gotta see again.

1. Do they wanna see divorce papers again?

I delivered the original and translation when apply for the K-1 visa and did not get those back.

2. Do they wanna see my police certificate and court record again?

I was granted a K-1 visa upon an approved I-601 form.

3. Do they want a police certificate from my son?

He is after approved K-2 visa turned 16 years old.

4. My son and I have each our appointment to the interview. 10:45 and 11:00.

Do they take his case first or will they do both together since he is a minor?

Hopefully somebody can answer and have experience on some of my questions.

I am so afraid if I miss to bring some papers and this way delay the case.

But also I do not want to use alot of money to try to get certified copies and translations if it isn't nessesary.

The only thing I can tell you is that you should have your interview with your son.

I doubt they would need a police certificate, he is applying for AOS and at that point a police certificate is not required (I'm adjusting from B2 and they don't ask for it).

I'm not sure about the other papers, if you have copies it can't hurt to have them with you. I think it's better to have too much than not enough.
