We are approved!! :dance::dance::dance:

Ok I finally got off the phone with Ramy--I fell asleep at 4:00 and woke up at 6:30 and found an email from him in my email--he tried calling but couldn't get through and then didn't want to wake me up so I called him back and this is how it went!

He was waiting at the embassy from 6:30 and was there until about 10:30, 11 (4:30-5 EST)

He was interviewed by a nice woman named Stacy (??? we haven't heard about this one!) and she didn't ask him many questions.

1. When, where, how we met

2. What were the dates of his last US visit

3. What his parents do for work

4. What he does for work

5. Does he plan on working when he comes to the US

6. Did we date anyone else in the 5-6 years we were apart

7. Did I meet his parents

8. Do his parents approve of our relationship

They took his fingerprints (all 10 fingers...he's not missing any lol)

At the end he asked her what he should tell me and she said, "Congratulations, you are approved, and I hope you have a beautiful wedding."

They gave him no papers and told him he should receive his passport & visa in 3 weeks (which we've heard before, I'll believe that when I see it, lol)

I'm not going in to work till later, I might not go in at all, I'm going back to bed....

Last night's slumber party was awesome and kept me sane, thank you all soooo much!!

Divorced. To hell with him.

 Congratulations ! I'm happy everything went well for your fiance. I pray you will be together soon!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
