RFE was:

F.(40) The sponsor or joint sponsor (if required) on Form I-864 Affidavit of Support must submit the following:

- W-2's, 1099s, and/or all schudles submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)- a copy of his/her Federal income tax return was submitted and/or the sponsor or joint sponsor requested an extension to file his or her Federal income tax return.

My husband printed all the details of his tax returns of last 3 years from Turbotax as he filed his taxes through here....sigh

A 1099 is a tax document you receive if you're self-employed or have done contract work or interest payments. If your husband doesn't do any contract work, then his W-2 and return will be fine.

AOS

NOA1:9/7/07

I hope somebody could help me with this...

My fiance sent me his last 3 years tax returns, these are small square piece of papers, right? and the Tax Transcripts are the W2 forms? I don't know the difference between Tax Transcripts and tax returns.....I'm trying to figure this out so I can tell my boyfriend exactly what to get for me cause I only have copies...

Somebody please??? I'm just trying to have everything ready cause I read in www.irs.gov that it takes 2 weeks to get the transcript??? Is that where you get them from?

Thanks in advance!
