No typo there. My number was flashed at exactly 7:30 am ( those who had 7:30 appointments were allowed inside the embassy at 6:30 am) . The filipina prescreener was asking questions and the same time asking for documents so I was kind of inserting documents while answering her. I had my documents on separate ordinary short folders and only used paper clips.

One folder, I labeled "PRIMARY DOCUMENTS" contained my Birth Certificate, NBI, CENOMAR, Affidavit of Support, ITR, W-2, Employment Certificate , Divorce Decrees and my Malaysian Police Clearance.

Second folder I labeled "Emails, snail mails, cards ".

Third folder I labeled Chats .

Fourth Folder I labeled " receipts, telephone bills, pictures" Our pictures were pasted in an 11 page short stapled bond paper and I only pasted one (1) picture for each day Joe was here to show we were together all the time. I labeled them also, two pictures per page. It was not thick so it was easy for me to slide it in.

She was fast and I was fast in answering her and handling my documents because of the way I arranged it.

It also took a short time during the finger scanning because I was already observing the lady ahead of me how she was instructed by the staff to do it so when it was my turn, I did it correctly and fast.

The same with the consul interview. While flipping with the I-129 form he was also asking questions. I believe because I was sure of my answer and didnt hesitate ( even though the questions were quite a lot) the question and answer portion also went quick and he didnt probe more. I also gave short answers.

I was really amazed because I thought the whole process would finish after lunch BUT by 8:30 I was already filling up the form for the DELBROS. The system was organized as well as the staff. By 9:00 or 9:30 I was back in the hotel in Padre Faura and was calling my Joe to tell him the good news.

So from the time I was called for the prescreen and issuance of the pink slip, it took an hour but from the time we were allowed to enter the embassy up to the payment of the DELBROS it was about 2 hours and 30 minutes more or less. 7001 was a lucky number for me that day PLUS I have the informations from this site that helped me :)
