Alan, my hubby and I are going through our daughter, who is the petitioner and as such we each have a case number.

I have all the police certs, birth certs, first marriage certs and divorce certs for each of us.

Because we have seperate case numbers, do we have to have TWO marriage certs for our marriage? (1 for each case number) I should imagine that this is the case but I have only just thought about it

I know we have a way to go yet but I do like to be "early " with things

Are you on one petition and just 2 separate case numbers? Then I'd say you only need one. If your cases are processed separately, you need two. You should probabaly get 2 just in case. Couldn't hurt.

Treat each case as seperate, therefore seperate documents for each, but what i would do is as you will interview together i would take 1 original & 2 copies, 1 copy for each case!!

I'd reckon you need ONE certified copy, and a photocopy each. Present the original at your dual interview, if requested. This is my best guess, not something I know for sure (but logic prevails).

And by gum, yes, you should have your whole Package 3 ready to go by now, Val!
