Hello!! We urgently need help...as we are in trouble.

We had our NOA2 on 15/05/07 while I lived in Glasgow so package 3 was sent there on 06th of June.

I moved to Spain to spend time with my family and filled all forms for K1 visa( DS156,DS156K and DS230) with updated address in Spain.

This was not sufficient because Package 4 was sent to Glasgow and I only received it after my scheduled appointment...so I missed it.

We sent an email to the Embassy in London (with the special code) 2 weeks ago and we have not yet heard from them...also the petition I129F is running out this friday 14/09/07 and we are worried that the Embassy might not extend it because I missed my interview.

What do I need to do to update my address? Will I have problems because I changed address and country?

Will we be ok if we overnight the notarized extended approval form?

Many thanks in advance.

You probably should contact the embassy but most likely your petition was returned to the NVC for cancelation.
