can i ask you people from VJ again about interview

Who is going to be interviewed? >>>>>both the petitioner and the beneficiary?

Who are going to present evidences? >>>> both the petitioner and the beneficiary?

Are the questions the same? Will they present the same set of evidences?

It depends on which interview you are talking about. If it is for the initial conditional visa ie. k3, k1, Cr1 and so on, then the beneficiary will be interviewed at their CO. The USC does not need to be there, but I have heard of them going anyway. The beneficiary will need to supply the CO with all their evidences and whatever they are asked to bring.

Sorry my hubby and I have not gone through the lifting conditions process yet or the AOS for that matter. So I can't tell you about that one.

01-11-10 Passed Interview

01-16-10 Received notice for swearing in ceremony

02-03-10 Swearing in ceremony

In order to qualify for an immigrant visa to go to the US, you must establish your identtity. You may also be requested to provide evidence to demonstrate your relationship to the relatiive sponsoring your case. :)

June 08, 2009 - Mailed packet to TX lockbox

June 12, 2009 - USCIS TX received Packet

June 15, 2009 - Notice Date

June 19, 2009 - Recieved NOA

July 15, 2009 - Scheduled for biometrics

Sept 21, 2009 - Scheduled for Interview ....Passed the interview test

Oct. 16, 2009 - Oath taking
