hi everyone, ithis is my first time posting a question,first of all i would like to thnink each one of you,you helped me so much,my question to the poeple who are dealing with moroccan embassy,or knows about them,what is Court and Prison Records??? my wife never been in jail or any court,does it need it,if so from where she can get it ,thanks again hope to hear from you soon

you wife must go to the local court and ask for CHAHADAA DIAL SAWABE9 . if she never been to court or in trouble with the police she should get a certificate that says LAA CHIEA (NOTHING )

that is all you need..

If your wife has never been in jail ,she doesn't need prison records but she has to get police certificate anyway she can get it from the police station its called in arabic ''hosn asira'' its not a big deal to get it.

even though your wife has never been in jail , she needs to bring the police record , and it can be taken from the police station. besides, there's an other document which is the casier judiciaire, and it is a document that you bring from the court house not the police station.
